How do I start the trial?
Download any version, sign up and log in — your free trial starts automatically. No payment method needed.
Does my plan work on all my devices?
Yes. Your plan belongs to your account: just sign in with the same account on the browser extension, Android, iOS, Windows or macOS — no need to buy twice.
Can I upgrade or renew anytime?
Yes. Subscribe or renew in the app whenever you like — monthly, quarterly or yearly. Pro billed yearly works out to about ¥31/month.
How are call minutes counted?
Call captions and voice interpreting both use call minutes, counted from the moment you turn on captions or interpreting. Basic includes 10 minutes every 30 days and Pro 30 minutes; need more? Buy a call-minute pack.
Can I make calls inside the app?
On Android, yes: place and answer WhatsApp calls right in WA Xiaoyi, even from the lock screen. In-app calling isn't available on iOS yet.
